ACM services provide ongoing specialized case management support and oversight within Ontario. Our Adult Protective Services Program (APS) strives to support individuals to live their lives to their fullest potential, reflecting their values and choices. The APS Program provides case management support and guidance to adults with a developmental disability who are living on their own in the community so they can live as independently, safely, and securely as possible. Our Adult Protective Service Workers (APSW) work directly with participating* individuals to help them access community-based services and supports that increase independence, employment, volunteer and recreational opportunities, and inclusion in the community.

βThe coping strategies and resources that were shared and implemented with our daughter has helped her and our family in many ways. Our daughter has been successful in so many areas of her day that she had struggled with in the past. We canβt thank the staff and agency enough for their support.β
